At Comunidad RubyMX, your privacy and the protection of your personal data are very important to us. We inform you that at our event we only collect data such as name and surname, email, company, position and type of company.

Use of Data

The data collected before, during and after the event is used only for statistical and analytical purposes to improve our future events.

Data Collected by Eventbrite

To manage your ticket to the event, we use the services of Eventbrite. The personal data that you provide to Eventbrite (https://www.eventbrite.com.mx/) is the exclusive responsibility of this platform, and is governed by its own privacy notice. Comunidad RubyMX uses the information provided by Eventbrite only to manage your participation in the event.

Data Provided to Sponsors

The personal data collected will remain under the control and management of the corresponding sponsoring company and, if applicable, the venue of the event. RubyMX Community has no access to or responsibility for this data once it is shared.

Participant Rights

You have the right to know what personal data is held about you, what it is used for, and the conditions of use we give it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); that we delete it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations provided for in the law (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

By purchasing your ticket for the events organized by the RubyMX Community, you accept that your image could be captured in photographs and videos during the event. These images may be used for promotional purposes on our social media, those of our sponsors, and other event-related materials.

If you have specific concerns or preferences about your appearance in these images, please contact us in advance, up to two weeks before the event, by emailing info@comunidadruby.mx.
